You will be responsible for ensuring seamless and efficient payment processes to support our global user base. ### Responsibilities + **Strategic Planning:** Develop and execute strategies to enhance payment operations efficiency, scalability, and reliability. + **Team Leadership:** Lead and motivate a team of payment operations professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to achieve departmental goals. + **Process Optimization:** Continuously assess and improve payment processes to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance user experience. + **Risk Management:** Collaborate with the Risk team to implement robust risk management protocols to mitigate fraud and compliance risks associated with payment operations. + **Vendor Management:** Manage relationships with payment service providers, financial institutions, and other vendors to ensure optimal service levels and competitive pricing. + **Cross\-functional Collaboration:** Collaborate with cross\-functional teams, including product, engineering, compliance, and customer support, to drive alignment and achieve business objectives. + **Performance Monitoring:** Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the performance of payment operations, analysing data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. + **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards governing payment operations, staying informed about changes and updates to regulations. + **Market Research and Analytics:** Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape in the payments industry. Utilise analytics to inform strategic decision\-making and identify opportunities for growth. + **Go\-To\-Market (GTM) Strategies**: Develop comprehensive GTM strategies for new payment products, features, and initiatives. Coordinate with marketing, sales, and business development teams to ensure effective execution of GTM plans and drive user adoption. + **Project Management:** Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of payment operations projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Utilise project management methodologies and tools to drive project success. ### Requirements + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
