The successful candidate will enforce regulations in all aspects of our operations, conduct regular audits and monitor all company proceedings. ### Responsibilities + Develop and implement company policies and regulations. + Oversee and manage the regular compliance checks on all operations in accordance with rules and regulations. + Coordinate with different departments to ensure the marketing content and other operations are aligned with compliance requirements. + Regularly assess the efficiency of control systems and recommend effective improvements. + Review and evaluate company procedures and reports to identify hidden risks or common issues. + Conduct compliance training to all employees to heighten awareness of standards and regulations. + Keep abreast of regulatory developments and evolving best practices in compliance control. + Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate. ### Requirements + Proven experience as a Compliance Manager with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role. + In-depth knowledge of the industry’s standards and experience working with the Thai SEC. + Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record-keeping. + A business acumen partnered with a dedication to legality. + Outstanding organizational and time management skills. + Superior communication and leadership abilities, with the capability to work with a team and navigate within all levels of an organization. + Professional certification (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP)) will be a plus. + Bachelor's degree in law, finance, business management or a related field. + Fluency in both Thai and English is mandatory.
