We leverage the power of digital assets and blockchain to build an inclusive financial ecosystem to advance the freedom of money and improve financial access for people around the world.ResponsibilitiesThoroughly analyze on-chain and off-chain transactions, account characteristics, and other information in order to conduct due diligence and risk assessments on digital assetsUtilize detailed open source and corporate data to further due diligence investigations into digital assetsIdentify abnormal or malicious activity in relation to digital asset issuersDocument research and illustrate the steps taken, the data sources reviewed, and the conclusions drawnLiaise with other teams to assist and/or gather informationRequirementsCrypto native knowledge with a solid understanding of the risks present in the crypto sector and differences between L1 blockchains/L2 Protocols3+ years experience in cryptocurrency investigations, corporate investigations or financial investigationsExperience researching and analyzing crypto crime and familiarity with crypto-related fraud tacticsExperience researching and identifying company structures through open sourcesExperience tracing and identifying individuals through the use of blockchain analytics tools or block explorers and open source intelligenceStrong familiarity with blockchain analytics, either using existing tools or manually tracking funds effectively using relevant block explorersSubject matter expertise in open source investigations and strong understanding of risk methodologies as they relate to digital assetsExcellent writing skills and ability to clearly communicate findings clearly and conciselyAbility to analyse large amounts of data and identify meaningful conclusions in a short timeExcellent problem-solving skills, including an ability to think creatively in order to reach solutionsGood to have:Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
