What will you be doing?
BCB Group is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to help bring rigor and predictability to sales operations. The goal of this role is to increase the effectiveness of the sales team overall, improve the accuracy of forecasting and enable the growth function to deliver high ambitions efficiently and reliably.
Key responsibilities
Enable and empower the sales team across all product areas to succeed through improved strategy, process, analytics and tools
Improve and automate processes to synthesize data from different sources
Act as cross-functional link between sales and other functions as necessary
Track key metrics including sales activities, funnel stages, pipeline, product based analytics, client profitability
Conduct client segmentation analysis and feed insight into sales and product teams to inform decisions
Support sales, marketing, customer success in using better data for decision making and creating updates for ExCo
Continuously monitoring revenue metrics and KPIs, seeking areas for improvement and impact
Improve reporting and forecasting accuracy, improving predictability, cost of sales and velocity through the pipeline.
So, what are we looking for?
3-5+ years in sales operations, data analytics, revenue growth management, ideally in a high-growth fintech environment
Strong understanding of the commercial and financial processes and terminology surrounding growth in a financial services environment
Experience with managing commission or variable compensation programmes is a plus
Highly analytical and methodical problem solver
Metric-driven, high focus on bringing predictability to a fast-moving environment
Confident communicating the implications of data to a diverse and senior audience
Attitude of continual learning and assessing self-performance to apply new learnings and knowledge
Commercially-focused and entrepreneurial
Strong quantitative analysis skills with structured and analytical approach
Quick learner with strong attention to detail
Strong work ethic, self-starter who is creative with a 'can-do' attitude
Finance and/or fintech experience desirable
