Responsibilities:
Identify, establish, and nurture strategic partnerships with key players in the Web3, blockchain, and metaverse ecosystems to drive business growth and expand the reach of our metaverse product.
Develop and execute business development strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and monetization opportunities within the metaverse platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and legal, to align business development initiatives with product roadmap and overall company objectives.
Lead negotiations and deal structuring for partnerships, licensing agreements, and other business collaborations to drive value and accelerate the growth of our metaverse product.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive landscape, and new business opportunities within the metaverse and virtual reality space.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships, raise brand awareness, and explore new partnership prospects.
Work closely with the product team to gather feedback from partners and users, and provide insights to inform product roadmap decisions and feature enhancements.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development efforts, partnership outcomes, and revenue generation, and provide regular reports to the leadership team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role within the web3 industry, with a focus on partnerships and business growth.
Deep understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, blockchain technologies, virtual reality, and metaverse concepts.
Strong network within the Web3, blockchain, and metaverse communities, with a track record of establishing successful partnerships and collaborations.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with partners and lead high-stakes deal discussions.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving innovation in the metaverse space.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with a high level of adaptability and creativity in problem-solving.
