As Trading Operations Team Lead, you are responsible for building and managing a global team of trading operations professionals that support our clients in their daily trading activities. You will play a crucial role in building the infrastructure of the post-trade lifecycle of the activity of various digital asset instruments, ensuring timely settlements, reconciliation and implementing strong risk mitigation strategies. This position requires a deep understanding of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, financial operations, and risk management. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver at heart, possess strong technical skills, the ability to handle complex tasks, organizational knowledge, and effective communication and influence capabilities to help drive business outcomes. You have a full understanding of the settlement operations, as well as the regulatory and operational considerations of each step. You and your team will support client interactions across multiple teams and work closely with trading and other areas of client operations to ensure processes and procedures are developed and continuously refined.
