Learn more at anchorage.com, on X @Anchorage, and on LinkedIn.  Anchorage is looking for an experienced total rewards team member who will be responsible for managing our global rewards (compensation, benefits, equity, and recognition programs) programs to attract, retain, engage, and motivate employees across the US, EMEA, and APAC. This role will partner closely with senior business leaders, hiring managers, and People Business Partners to ensure that we implement best practices in our total rewards policies, programs, and processes. You will report to the Global Total Rewards Lead and be a key member of the Total Rewards team, collaborating to develop total rewards programs that align with our talent strategy to help drive the company’s success and provide a seamless positive employee experience. Additionally, Anchorage is at the intersection of crypto, traditional finance, and tech and therefore our compensation strategy and programs must reflect the nuances across multiple functional areas including sales and trading compensation plans. You will use a proactive and data driven approach to ensure that rewards are competitive, drive results, are aligned with company culture and are understood and valued by employees.
