The Service Enablement team supports Anchorage in its mission to be the foundation upon which value is stored and moves safely in the new global economy so that innovation can grow without bounds. The role will support the Service Enablement Lead in assisting business heads/project sponsors, and product/engineering teams in delivering on cross-functional, large-scale change initiatives such as business line launches and legal entity stand-up. Service Enablement applies flexible principles of streamlined implementation strategy to large scale change initiatives, analyzing and incorporating legal, compliance, risk, finance, and operational requirements into strategic initiatives across the company. The role will support the development of project plans, status reporting, process design, testing and procedure documentation, and more to support these goals in an agile but sustainable way.
