Leveraging your expertise in regulatory engagement, including licensing, submissions, and change management, you will also support compliance efforts in other key jurisdictions (Singapore, US, etc.). You will manage all aspects of regulatory reporting, ensuring accurate and timely submissions across a broad range of regulations including, but not limited to, BSA/AML, KYC/CDD, PSN 01/02, and various local licensing requirements. This role demands a deep understanding of the global regulatory landscape for digital assets and financial services, and the ability to interpret and implement evolving requirements across diverse jurisdictions. You will lead effective exam management, handling regulatory requests and coordinating internal stakeholders. You will manage regulatory calendars, deadlines, and drive process improvements. Effective communication and collaboration are essential for engaging with regulators and internal teams worldwide. Your ability to leverage compliance tools, analyze data, and manage projects will contribute to a proactive and unified compliance framework.
