About the Business Operations Team The Business Operations (BizOps) plays a critical role in supporting and accelerating Wealthsimple’s strategic priorities. The team tackles Wealthsimple’s most important and ambiguous challenges through rigorous problem solving and execution. We partner deeply with stakeholders across the company in order to: accelerate the delivery of priority projects, incubate and enhance products and business functions, facilitate collaboration, and lead the strategic planning process.  Our job is to simplify complexity, define structure, and help implement the most efficient use of scarce company resources (people, capital and time). As a Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading 3 - 9 month projects to deliver meaningful and measurable value.
