About the role

Banking Operations Manager
, you’ll drive the evolution of our document processing centre — transforming legacy banking workflows into efficient, modern systems that underpin critical parts of our financial infrastructure. From producing and verifying financial instruments like cheques and bank drafts to ensuring regulatory and security compliance, you’ll own the systems, people, and performance that keep these high-trust processes running smoothly.
You’ll be our first in-office Manager, guiding a small, diverse and high-performing team. Collaborating across Product, Treasury, Compliance, and Operations, you will ensure our physical banking services are as fast, secure, and scalable as our digital ones. Your focus on the client and shipping it will see you craft beautifully packaged products that wow Canadians toward their financial freedom!
We’re a remote-first team, but this role requires full-time, in-office presence Monday through Friday. You’ll be based in our Toronto office and play a key role in ensuring our banking operations run smoothly, securely, and efficiently. This role will be based on-site at our Toronto HQ at 80 Spadina Avenue, working 8 hours between 8AM to 6PM ET, Monday to Friday.
