About the Employee Relations, Associate
The Employee Relations, Associate will help Wealthsimple operationalize and scale its employee relations function! This is a unique opportunity for a newly called lawyer with an interest in employment law to work in a dynamic role with both legal and operational aspects, on an 18-month contract. Reporting to the Legal Counsel, Employment, you will be instrumental in fostering a fair, compliant, and supportive workplace for Wealthsimplers. You will bring your legal knowledge and a passion for people to a variety of employee relations matters, ensuring we navigate both routine and complex matters with a human touch and a keen eye for legal requirements. We will work together to advance multiple exciting projects while providing functional and operational support across the business, and grow Wealthsimple’s employee relations
function.
This role offers an exceptional chance to apply your legal acumen in a practical, in-house setting, developing essential skills as a lawyer.
