If you have a strong track record of building high-performing go-to-market teams (BDRs, SDRs, AEs, Enterprise Sales) and thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments — we want to hear from you. This role is based in the US (San Francisco preferred) and will play a pivotal part in scaling our North American hiring. As a hands-on leader, you’ll own the full-cycle hiring process while also driving recruiting strategy, partnering with executive stakeholders, and mentoring other recruiters.
