Job Responsibilities:
Lead Unlimit’s global HR strategy and operations to ensure alignment with business goals and
objectives.
Drive
the development and implementation of HR processes, policies, and initiatives across all regions, with a focus on creating a high-performance
culture.
Work
closely with the CEO and senior leadership to develop and foster a positive, engaging, and performance-driven
environment.Oversee
the talent acquisition, retention, and development strategies to build and maintain a high-quality
workforce.
Spearhead
the organizational development and performance management processes to ensure the continuous growth and development of the
team.
Manage
employee engagement initiatives, ensuring alignment with Unlimit’s values and
mission.
Develop
strategies for leadership succession and ensure the necessary talent pipeline is in
place.
Provide
strategic guidance to leadership on HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with local and international labor
laws.
Report
directly to the CEO, providing insights and recommendations on all HR-related matters to support business
growth.
Your
Experience and Mindset:
Proven track record of leadership in HR, with at least 10 years of experience in senior HR roles, preferably in a fast-paced fintech or technology
environment.
Demonstrated
experience in creating and maintaining a high-performance culture and driving employee
engagement.
Expertise
in talent management, including recruitment, development, and retention of top talent in competitive
markets.
Strong
experience in leadership development, succession planning, and organizational
design.
Excellent
communication skills in both English and Russian (C1 level required).
Ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders at all levels of the
organization.Strong
strategic thinking and ability to implement HR strategies that align with business
objectives.
Demonstrated
experience in navigating complex HR issues in international and multicultural environments.
A hands-on, results-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
