We’re looking for a versatile and innovative AI Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain AI-powered automation solutions that streamline internal operations across development, IT support, customer support, sales, and more. In this role, you will not only develop automations but also own our AIOps Dashboard, providing real-time visibility into efficiency gains, process adoption, and performance metrics. You will act as a bridge between business units and technology teams — ensuring every automation project is driven by clear business value and measurable outcomes.This role is also about driving AI adoption across Unlimit — not just building solutions, but inspiring teams to use them. You will run workshops, create ready-to-use automation templates, and be an internal AI evangelist.
