Description Re7 Capital is a London based crypto-asset investment firm where we utilise our deep crypto network, knowledge of the crypto market and proprietary data infrastructure to drive investment decisions for a number of fund strategies and DeFi projects. The Re7 team is dynamic with a strong background in investment management, data science and crypto. With one Billion USD under management, Re7 is looking to expand its inhouse yield expertise by expanding our dedicated resources focused on vault innovation. Re7 is seeking a financial specialist with a background in programmatic trading and deep familiarity with DeFi. This role can shape the direction of Re7’s product stack and will be supported by a tight-knit team of on-chain yield specialists. The ideal candidate combines strong autonomy to identify opportunities with excellent teamwork, for calculated, efficient execution. Responsibilities Vault Strategy Experimentation Conduct due diligence and coordinate with teammates to propose new yield strategies Scrutinize and optimize the performance of existing strategies Conduct in-depth risk analysis for a given vaults technical stack Identify and leverage existing infrastructure to implement vaults Coordinate with the business development and market team to facilitate successful launches Programmatic Trading and Rebalancing Create scripts to automate trading processes such as opening, managing, and closing positions Automate rebalancing complex positions Build or use existing monitoring and indicator tooling to manage strategies World Class Team Collaboration Have an understanding of solidity and how to work with technical team members to execute on vault strategies Collaborate with sales and marketing to leverage partnerships, attract users, and form new relationships Support teammates with feedback and analysis on relative work within the broader Re7 organization Requirements 3+ years of experience related to quantitative analysis and programming Experience with Morpho, Euler, and other vault infrastructure providers Passionate about innovating in emerging finance on-chain Proven ability to implement and manage automated financial strategies Meticulous risk management and security practices Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced and distributed environment Willing to travel to the occasional offsite for in-person planning Benefits Remote-first set up with carte blanche to grow the business together A dynamic, collaborative and low-ego work environment Opportunities for professional growth and development in the rapidly evolving and dynamic industry Competitive package How to Apply Please share your CV, a cover letter, and and a one-pager summarising a yield bearing strategy you implemented and its performance.
