At R3, we are building the on-ramp for the next trillion dollars of assets to move onchain, bridging the worlds of traditional finance (TradFi) and decentralized finance (DeFi). We are launching a Solana-native protocol purpose-built to bring real-world assets into onchain capital markets, starting by integrating with our existing Corda-based asset networks.    The Role:   We're looking for a DeFi-native product leader who is passionate about making real-world assets usable in DeFi. This person should be fluent in both the culture and mechanics of onchain finance. You’ll lead product design and go-to-market efforts for the DeFi-native product offering within our Solana-based protocol, with a focus on packaging permissioned assets for permissionless onchain capital markets. A good candidate will know the existing RWA protocols inside and out, but the successful candidate will understand what needs to come next and has the burning desire to build and ship it.
