You'll be responsible for fostering a thriving community environment, providing strategic direction, and collaborating with internal and client teams to achieve project goals. Responsibilities: Lead and manage a global team of community managers across multiple projects/clients. Partner with clients to develop and implement effective community engagement strategies. Oversee day-to-day operations of Discord, Telegram, and Galxe channels for various clients. Identify, recruit, and onboard talented community managers from around the world. Proactively engage with the community, fostering a positive, informed environment. Work with your team to develop and execute online events, games, demos, and AMAs to drive community growth and education. Stay up-to-date on the latest web3 trends and dynamics, ensuring a deep understanding of the current landscape. Serve as a role model for the team, demonstrating proactive and optimistic engagement. Empower and identify key community members with strong contributions, encouraging them to join the team.
