The ideal candidate will have solid financial markets and technical background, and proficiency in Russian along with the English language. The primary responsibilities of this role include engaging with a variety of VIP clients and providing exceptional customer-centric service. Trading knowledge is highly desirable for this position.   What You’ll Be Doing Manage day-to-day communications with VIP clients. Serve as the primary point of contact, fostering trust and building long-term relationships. Provide exceptional support to clients by ensuring timely responses and delivering accurate, valid, and comprehensive information. Resolve time sensitive client service issues, including complex queries such as API, product, liquidity or account-related matters. All in an efficient and timely manner. Build strong relationships with our existing VIP clients and drive revenue through thorough understanding of our platform and the products we offer. Work collaboratively across departments to troubleshoot client issues, take action on client feedback and resolve client pain-points. Manage and update VIP CRM database What We Look For In You Account management experience in Cryptocurrency, Finance, FX, or any related space Strong client management skills including maintaining strong relationships, organizing client profiles and incentivising client business activities. Solid project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and enthusiasm with a data-driven approach Understanding of trading systems and API is a strong plus. Open to business traveling to CIS, MENA, SEA or other regions if required. Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse and international internal teams and external partners; experience working with key stakeholder management; Able to work with stakeholders across different levels Being fluent in English and native Russian is a must. Nice to Have Bonus points if you have previously worked at a crypto exchange!
