This role is responsible for implementing governance frameworks, driving performance excellence, managing risk and compliance, and fostering collaboration to maximize value creation across entities. The Senior Vendor Governance Analyst will play a critical role in monitoring and enhancing relationships across our corporate ecosystem to support broader business goals. They will also contribute to the broader Enterprise Vendor Management Office (EVMO) Program Governance through oversight of material relationships and participation in reporting, escalation and quality assurance activities. What You’ll Be Doing Develop and execute due diligence frameworks to assess financial, operational, and strategic alignment of potential and existing intercompany partners. Lead central reassessment activities of commonly shared entities related to risk and performance oversight. Maintain cadence of activities and communicate results to regional stakeholders for use in local governance reviews. Establish KPI tracking systems, dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor intercompany relationship performance. Lead regular performance reviews, facilitate communication, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across entities. Design and oversee governance frameworks ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and risk management protocols. Facilitate knowledge sharing and coordinate with local risk partners to maintain alignment across the regions. Serve as the primary liaison for strategic communications and proactively develop relationships with intercompany partners to identify synergies, drive collaboration and foster transparency. Deliver regular reports to global stakeholders with strategic insights, risk analysis, and recommendations to optimize intercompany partnerships. Support the Material Third Party Oversight Program by assisting in the oversight, challenge and Business support of the day-to-day relationship management activities. Support Enterprise Vendor Management reporting and regular updates to stakeholders across the organization. Support EVMO Program Assurance by performing quality assurance activities on third party risk activities periodically and reporting results to drive continuous improvement opportunities and areas of improvement.
