About the Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Product Operations Manager
to join our growing US operations at OKX. This role is integral to accelerating product delivery and ensuring seamless alignment between Product and all customer-facing teams including Sales, BD, Customer Success, Risk, Compliance, and Marketing. The Product Operations Manager will translate frontline feedback into clear inputs for the product roadmap and help prioritize features that drive adoption, retention, and revenue growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
Regional Prioritization Partnership:
Collaborate with the Product team to recommend feature priorities and enhancements that deliver the greatest impact for the U.S. market, using regional usage data and business goals.
Feedback Capture & Escalation:
Gather qualitative and quantitative insights from Sales, Customer Success, Support, and BD; distill and escalate top themes, pain points, and “quick wins” to Product and Engineering.
Feedback Loop Ownership & Process Optimization:
Establish and manage end-to-end feedback processes—define channels, cadences, and SLAs—so frontline lessons learned are transparently tracked and incorporated into the roadmap.
Cross-Functional Alignment:
Run regular syncs and steering sessions with Product, Support, Risk, and Compliance to validate priorities, clarify requirements, and ensure everyone is aligned on upcoming releases.
Insights & Reporting:
Build and maintain dashboards that surface adoption metrics, support-ticket trends, and feedback status; share succinct reports with stakeholders to guide decision-making.
Training & Enablement:
Develop playbooks, release notes, and training materials for internal teams to ensure a smooth roll-out and consistent messaging around new features.
What We Look For In You
4+ years in Product Operations, Program Management, or similar role in a fast-paced technology or fintech environment. Crypto & Digital Asset Exposure is a plus.
Demonstrated excellence in cross-functional stakeholder management, with a track record of driving alignment among Product, Engineering, and business units.
Strong organizational skills: experience mapping processes, creating SOPs, and managing multiple concurrent projects.
Experience in data analysis and reporting (SQL, Looker/Tableau/Power BI, or equivalent).
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to large, diverse audiences.
Problem-solver mindset: ability to decompose complex issues, coordinate solutions, and drive ownership.

The salary range for this position is $178,000 - $214,000
The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
