Content Management : Develop, maintain, and update Support Center articles to ensure they are clear, accurate, and provide comprehensive solutions to customer inquiries. Fiat Transaction Oversight : Oversee the processing of fiat transactions, addressing complex edge cases, and managing disputes to ensure smooth and timely resolution. Performance Monitoring and Optimization : Continuously monitor conversion funnels and other KPIs to identify opportunities for optimization and recommend actionable improvements.   What We Look For In You 2+ years of experience in operations or customer support, ideally within a crypto or fintech environment. Strong understanding of customer service operations, KYC/KYB regional requirements, and fiat operations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both customers and internal teams.
