This role will focus on gathering, standardizing, and compiling reporting data from key verticals across the organization, including Finance, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Product, Sales, Business Development, and Account Management. The ideal candidate will have a background in analytics and experience with technical tools to transform raw data into actionable insights that senior management can use to drive decision-making and strategic initiatives.     What You’ll Be Doing The primary responsibility of the Metrics & Reporting Analyst will be to collect and standardize reporting data from various departments, ensuring that it is compiled in a manner that allows for easy analysis and interpretation. You will work closely with department heads and cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and provide clear, actionable intelligence that will support senior management in drawing conclusions and making informed decisions. Data Collection & Reporting : Collaborate with key verticals such as Finance, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Product, Sales, Business Development, and Account Management to obtain the necessary reporting data. Ensure that data is accurate, up-to-date, and reflects the performance of each vertical. Data Standardization : Work with stakeholders to standardize various data sets, ensuring consistency and reliability across all reports. Implement best practices for data formatting and categorization to ensure that data is useful and actionable. Data Analysis & Insights : Analyze the compiled data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights. Report Compilation & Presentation : Create clear, concise, and actionable reports that provide senior leadership with the intelligence they need. Present data in a way that makes it easy to understand and draw conclusions for strategic decision-making. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support : Work closely with department heads and other cross-functional teams to understand data needs and ensure that reports are tailored to meet the needs of the business. Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on best practices for data analytics and reporting. Continuously evaluate and refine reporting processes to improve efficiency and the quality of insights provided.   What We Look For In You 3+ years in a reporting or analytics role, ideally within crypto, fintech, SaaS, or financial services. Advanced SQL skills; strong Excel modeling; hands-on experience with BI/visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker). Exceptional ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable presentations for executive audiences. Proven track record of ensuring data accuracy and consistency across multi-source reports. Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored insights on deadline. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
