These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er.   OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.   About the Opportunity Exciting opportunity to be part of the dynamic industry Play a key role in facilitating fiat transactions on a global scale Responsible for managing daily settlements, reconciliations, addressing and solving payment-related issues efficiently Have the opportunity to collaborate with diverse professionals globally and contribute to the growth and success of our platform   What You’ll Be Doing Manage customers' fiat currency deposits and withdrawals on the exchange platform, be responsible for overseeing and executing the transfer of fiat currency into and out of the exchange Reconcile daily fiat balances between the exchange system and bank accounts Resolve customer inquiries related to payment processing Analyse and highlight exceptional items related to settlements and collaborate with cross functional teams and banking partners to resolve the issues in a timely manner Support future development efforts by testing new product offerings Provide performance reports and analysis with metrics for assessing performance and improvements Support the accounting team with reconciliations and other payment-related activities Review settlement operations and suggest areas of improvements and automations Support on ad-hoc requests from the operation team or cross functional teams What We Look For In You  Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
