Your Role We are looking for a Director of Growth to join the Moonsong Labs team to lead growth efforts for the company.  The Director of Growth is a hands-on, role with overall responsibility for identifying, qualifying, proposing, and closing new engineering services business for the company to meet revenue goals.  The role is an IC role and will be working closely with the CEO to meet growth goals for the company. The ideal candidate has experience in a growth role in technology software or services. Working across a variety of clients, this role involves prospecting to identify new opportunites, discovering and understanding prospect needs and pain points, pitching Moonsong Labs AI and Web3 engineering services, proposing project ideas, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that drive client satisfaction and retention.  Knowledge of AI and Web3 is highly desirable as is experience selling complex software and technical services.  You will have the opportunity to shape and develop the growth function of a leading company in the AI and Web3 space including working day to day with the executive team.
