Come help us build the future of Web3 and digital ownership. 🌔 About the Opportunity The Treasury Analyst will play a pivotal role in building and scaling MoonPay’s treasury function, with a specific focus on implementing operation efficiencies across a complex treasury comprising both fiat and digital assets. This role sits at the intersection of business, operations and product, empowering MoonPay to operate and grow its core product offering. 🚀 What you will do * Oversee daily cash operations, including cash flow optimization, liquidity forecasting, and payment processing, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operational and product needs. * Establish and maintain a comprehensive risk management framework to identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, including those associated with digital assets and market volatility. Prepare and present regular reports on cash positions, liquidity forecasts, and investment performance. * Ensure all treasury activities comply with legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements. * Manage relationships with banks, payment service providers, and cryptocurrency exchanges to support both fiat and crypto treasury operations. 🧑‍🚀 About You * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. * 4+ years of experience in treasury management, preferably with a portion in the fintech or digital assets industry. * Proven expertise in liquidity management, investment strategies, and risk management, particularly concerning digital assets. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners. * Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
