🌔 About the Opportunity
MoonPay is seeking a data-driven CRM Manager to join our Growth team and play a vital role in driving B2B and B2C product engagement and revenue
.
🚀 What you will do
* Strategise, build and execute communications using Braze, utilizing key engagement channels such as Email, Push notifications, in-app messages and content cards.
* Collaborate closely with the Product team to enhance product awareness and engagement, with the end goal of generating incremental revenue.
* Monitor key performance indicators, using data insights to continually refine strategies.
* Work closely with the Head of CRM to design CRM experiments, including the test design and analysis.
* Refine segmentation and targeting to personalize communications for maximum impact.
