You will be responsible for developing and implementing activation and engagement programs that incentivise trading activity, increase user trading frequency, and ultimately maximise revenue. This role demands a deep understanding of web3 trading behaviour within a trading or wallet environment, a strong commercial acumen, and the ability to translate strategic objectives into impactful CRM initiatives.
