Who You Are: You are a highly motivated equities and options trader with a proven track record executing U.S. listed equities, ETFs, and options for institutional clients in a high-touch, fast-paced environment. With prior experience on the sell side, you bring strong trade execution skills and a deep understanding of best execution practices across cash equities and listed derivatives. The base salary ranges included below will be commensurate with candidate experience, expertise and local market. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise. At Galaxy, we maintain a total compensation philosophy which consists of a competitive base salary, annual bonus, and equity incentives.
