Who You Are:
Galaxy Digital is looking for a Client Onboarding Analyst to play an active role in the client onboarding process from start to finish. The ideal candidate is a results-driven, innovative thinker who can adapt quickly. The candidate should have prior work experience in financial services, an understanding of Customer Due Diligence/ AML/KYC requirements and a deep interest in working in and learning about the crypto ecosystem. This role will be based in London and will support our EMEA Sales team during London business hours with APAC and USA region overlap where necessary.
What You’ll Do:
Work closely with Sales, Compliance, Credit, Legal and Tax teams to onboard new clients, while ensuring excellent customer service and a smooth process
Assist the EMEA sales teams with Onboarding related requests during London business hours
Ensure we follow FCA requirements for client onboarding where applicable and work closely with Compliance to escalate any issues
Manage priority items received from multiple teams across various locations
Connect with teams locally and across regions to facilitate knowledge sharing
Contribute to enhancing the features and functionality of the Client Onboarding portal
Ad-hoc onboarding tasks such as DDQ requests, onboarding transitions across Galaxy entities and tracking KPIs
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
Onboarding/AML/KYC experience from an institutional perspective
2-3 years of client onboarding experience
Familiarity with FCA requirements pertaining to client onboarding
Bonus Points:
Must have experience working at a financial institution in a client onboarding capacity (Operations, Client Service, or Implementation)
Interest and familiarity with crypto
