Navigate the practical realities of evolving critical systems without disruption, finding the sweet spot between technical elegance and business continuity.   What You'll Bring: 10+ years as Backend engineer, proficient in a wide range of programming languages and versatile programming skills (ability to adapt to any language or technology stack as needed). Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment. Experience and passion for transforming and modernizing mission-critical production with minimal disruption - Advantage. Experience with blockchain or cryptocurrency - Advantage.
