Responsibilities Independently manage AI projects throughout their lifecycle, including requirement gathering, development, deployment, and evaluation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements for AI solutions, identify pain points, analyze objectives, and translate them into actionable deliverables and workflows. Prototype AI-based security solutions using state-of-the-art techniques in deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision. Develop scalable AI solutions for production environments, transitioning prototypes into stable systems capable of serving a growing user base. Automate security workflows for the Security and Privacy teams to improve decision-making and optimize operational efficiency. Evaluate AI model performance through rigorous testing, benchmarking, and algorithm refinements to enhance reliability and accuracy. Implement industry best practices and security protocols for AI model development and deployment, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and mitigating risks associated with adversarial attacks and vulnerabilities. Stay updated on emerging AI security trends, risks, and compliance challenges. Own and manage security assurance projects in both security analysis and project management capacity, coordinating efforts across internal stakeholders and meeting project milestones. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to analyze security risks in critical systems and ensure compliance with security standards. Document identified security risks, track remediation efforts, and provide regular updates to key stakeholders, including senior management.
