Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage day-to-day exchange operations to ensure seamless trading and user experience. Identify and drive process optimization initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce risks. Support and enhance Spot and Convert trading workflows , ensuring smooth integration with back-office systems. Manage and maintain admin/back-office systems , ensuring accuracy, stability, and scalability. Collaborate with product, engineering, compliance, and customer support teams to improve workflows and address operational challenges. Monitor operational risks and leverage automation tools to streamline processes and minimize manual interventions. Assist in market promotion activities by coordinating operational support for campaigns and user growth initiatives.
