As an
Administrative Tax Senior Manager
at BPM, you will lead a collaborative and high-performing administrative team, coaching and supporting colleagues to deliver consistently exceptional service to both internal and external clients. This leadership role is responsible for managing daily workflows, supervising team performance, and fostering professional development through 1:1 coaching, timely feedback, and ongoing training. You will drive process improvements by identifying key operational needs, establishing best practices, and implementing solutions that enhance team efficiency and service delivery.
In this role, you’ll serve as the primary liaison between the tax administrative team and PDMs, helping to ensure seamless coordination and communication across teams. During peak periods, you may support tax administration directly. This position also plays a key part in BPM’s firm-wide initiatives, collaborating with leaders across departments while promoting a positive, inclusive, and safe work environment.
