Analysts are key members of the  Finance Department , contributing significantly to decision-making and strategic planning. We are the proud owners of our data warehouse and all dashboards used in our company.   Once you join our team, you will be responsible for: - Preparing reports, analyses, and business recommendations based on data from  Google Analytics 4 (GA4)  and  BigQuery - Managing and improving the  Google Tag Manager (GTM)  setup, including data layer configuration and tracking accuracy - Developing and maintaining the analytical environment in GA4 - Collaborating with the UX team to design and implement analytics that deepen insights into user journeys - Designing and visualizing data in  Looker Studio  dashboards - Analyzing sales funnels and conducting  A/B tests , translating insights into concrete actions that improve conversion and user engagement - Recommending optimization actions for traffic acquisition and conversion rate - Debugging tracking issues and ensuring the reliability of analytical tools - Collaborating closely with business and other teams (marketing, sales, development) to support data-driven decision-making   Why Tylko?
