What PeakData can offer you: 🎯 Role: Principal Engineer  💰 Salary: 45-60 EUR/h B2B plus the choice between 2 equity packages with the larger one forecasted to be worth 2.2M PLN in 2028 ⏱ Working hours: flexible between 6:00-18:00 👩‍💻 Working mode: hybrid (2-3 days per week in the office) 📍 Office location: Wybrzeże Stanisława Wyspiańskiego 39A, 50-370 Wrocław 🇬🇧 Speaking language: Polish & English on a communicative+ level as we work in both - Polish and multinational environment. The biggest challenge in a Principal role at PeakData will be : linking 3 spheres - programming and data + AI innovations + business (but not in a managerial way, your focus will be set on programming mostly).
