Reporting to the Financial and Regulatory Reporting Lead, you will be responsible for helping prepare accurate, timely, and GAAP-compliant financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory filings, and supporting the company’s growth as we build a best-in-class Finance department. This role will involve the preparation of company's financial statements and various financial disclosures, including related to share-based payments, financial instruments, crypto assets, revenue recognition, and other complex accounting areas. You will also collaborate cross-functionally to evaluate the financial statement reporting implications and disclosure requirements of new and existing product offerings, coordinating with the internal controls specialist, and contribute to the company’s financial reporting strategy.
