ππ· is a rollup that introduces real-time proofs to unify Ethereum and the rollup ecosystem.
Our mission at ππ· is to ensure Ethereum is not only the most decentralized blockchain ecosystem but also the blockchain with the best user and developer experience. We believe that the composability fragmentation introduced by rollupsβ siloed execution is currently a major obstacle to that end. Therefore, we are building ππ·, a TEE-enabled rollup that introduces real-time proofs, RTP. This allows for instant settlement on Ethereum and therefore enables its unification with the rollup ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy in an Ethereum ecosystem infrastructure project.
Oversee ππ·βs content strategy, creation, and distribution across all channels to drive high engagement and product awareness.
Create high-impact content (e.g., blogs, videos, campaigns) that resonates with the Ethereum and DeFi communities.
Collaborate closely with rest of the team to align marketing strategies with product launches and milestones.
Define and implement ππ·βs messaging, ensuring consistent and compelling communication of our products and value proposition across all platforms.
Foster and expand ππ·βs community through organic online campaigns, events, and direct engagement with Ethereum developers and enthusiasts.
Monitor industry trends to identify emerging narratives and opportunities to champion ππ·βs innovations.
Build ππ·βs public profile by engaging with developers, partners, and key opinion leaders in the Ethereum ecosystem. Represent ππ· at conferences, panels, and online discussions.
Set, monitor, and report on growth and marketing goals and metrics.
Effectively manage and allocate marketing resources in a startup environment, ensuring optimal utilization for maximum impact.
Must-haves
Proven experience as a Head of Growth, Head of Marketing, or similar role in an infrastructure (L1/L2) or DeFi project in the broader Ethereum ecosystem, with a track record of delivering live blockchain products on Mainnet.
Active presence on X (formerly Twitter) or other Web3 platforms, with demonstrated thought leadership through articles, threads, or other content.
Hands-on experience creating and executing marketing campaigns, including content creation, community engagement, and digital growth strategies.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for technical and non-technical audiences alike.
Have a data-driven approach to decision-making, with strong analytical skills to track, measure, and optimize marketing performance effectively.
Nice-to-Haves
Strong network within the Ethereum and DeFi communities, including relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), developers, and partners.
Familiarity with tools and platforms for Web3 analytics, marketing, and growth.
Experience scaling marketing efforts for pre-seed or early-stage startups in the blockchain industry.
This is a remote role, but we only accept candidates from time zones between Eastern Time (ET) and Central European Time (CET).
