About the Role As the leader of the Real Estate team, you will manage Wealthsimple’s real estate portfolio, facilities and operational budget, external vendors and partnerships along with their respective contracts. You will also be responsible for leading the team that designs programs and policies that bring to life  a world class employee workplace experience that combines in office experiences. This is a role based out of our Toronto office, reporting to the Senior Director, HR Services.  Key responsibilities
