About the Finance Team Our Finance organization is essential to Wealthsimple's success, providing critical financial oversight, strategic guidance, and operational support across the business. The team ensures we maintain fiscal responsibility while enabling growth and innovation. Working closely with leadership across the company, Finance helps translate our ambitious vision into sustainable business practices. About the Role Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer you will serve as a Senior Executive Assistant providing comprehensive support to both the CFO and the broader Finance leadership team. You will also provide supplemental support to C-suite, as needed. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities. You'll be responsible for ensuring smooth operations of key Finance meetings, managing executive calendars, supporting the smooth operation of our New York office and supporting critical Finance initiatives. This is a 12 month contract with the possibility for extension.
