Responsibilities and tasks:
- Provision of information upon request of client’s auditors (audit reports),
preparation of Certificates, statements as per customers’ requests;
- Opening of card accounts, ordering and dispatching of payment cards, informing customers on opening of card account and card issue;
- Input of data in the internal system(s) (CBS / CRM) and opening of current accounts for customers (Сorporate, Retail, Freelance), informing customers on account opening;
- Further data management;
- Maintenance of customer’s accounts (change of name, address, Director(s), Signatory(ies), etc.);
- Opening of additional accounts and sending relevant Confirmations to the Customers;
- Closure of current and card accounts in internal system and sending relevant Confirmations to the Customers;
- Creation and implementation of Fees and Charges schedules;
- Participation in review, approval (Tarriff Committee) and publishing of Fees and Charges of BaaS End users at company’s website;
- Support of BaaS end users re account closure issues;
- Monitoring of cards expiration and timely notification of cardholders re upcoming expiration;
- Onboarding of Low and Medium risk Retail and Freelance customers ;
- Preparation of internal forms and documents
Your experience and mindset:
- University degree or equivalent in Economics, Business Administration, or relevant field of study;
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels of management;
- Ability to work independently, and possess strong organizational and time management skills;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Excellent flexibility skills;
- Technical knowledge/experience is an asset;
- Knowledge of English is a must.
Nice to have:
- Professional experience in account management or customer support, preferably in card acquiring / payments / financial services/banking industries is a plus
