Opportunity for Impact We’re looking for a high-performing Executive Business Partner (EBP) based in Europe to support members of TaxBit’s senior leadership team, with primary day-to-day focus on one executive. This role goes beyond calendar and travel management. It’s about operating as a true right-hand partner — helping drive forward priorities, manage small projects, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and serve as a point of leverage in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. As a central player in the leader’s extended team, you’ll bring order to complexity, proactively handle business operations, and act as a force multiplier across time zones. You’ll own not just execution, but also anticipation — identifying gaps, tracking progress, and removing friction from daily operations.
