About the role Superstate is seeking a Fund Operations Associate to join our Asset Management division, Superstate Advisors, as a team member based in New York.  This is a high-impact role supporting the operational backbone of our funds, USTB ($400m) and USCC ($250m), in a fast-paced environment at the intersection of traditional finance and digital assets.  Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, you’ll help ensure smooth investor onboarding, daily fund operations, reconciliations, and settlements, while also playing a role in designing scalable processes as we prepare for continued growth. This is an in-person position in our NY office with an emphasis on collaboration and accountability.  You’ll gain exposure across fund accounting, tax, investor support, and cash management, while working closely with the business development, compliance, and engineering teams.  The role offers a unique opportunity to learn the mechanics of both traditional fund operations and cutting-edge tokenized finance, building skills to advance within a rapidly scaling asset manager.
