About the Role Serotonin is seeking an experienced Contract Performance Campaign Manager to support our Growth team on an hourly basis. You’ll work directly with our Growth Marketing Manager and VP of Growth Marketing to execute paid media campaigns that drive measurable results for clients in the Web3 space. This is a highly tactical role focused on day-to-day campaign execution, monitoring, and optimization across performance channels (e.g., Google, Meta, Twitter, Reddit, LinkedIn). Ideal candidates are detail-oriented operators who can quickly implement changes, troubleshoot performance issues, and clearly communicate the rationale behind optimizations through regular reporting and documentation.While strategic input is welcome, this role is execution-first. You’ll be expected to follow growth plans, hit performance benchmarks, and maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders.This is a remote, hourly contractor position. You’ll have the opportunity to work across a portfolio of both emerging and established Web3 clients, contributing directly to campaign results and growth experiments.
