What You Will Do Develop and optimize ultra-low latency exchange connectivity solutions for crypto markets , handling both market data and order execution . Implement and maintain high-performance network protocols for trading infrastructure, ensuring minimal latency and maximum throughput. Work closely with traders, quants, and other engineers to optimize latency-sensitive components. Design and implement efficient order routing and market data handling pipelines across multiple crypto exchanges. Analyze and fine-tune network stack, CPU affinity, and memory management to enhance performance. Debug and profile real-time trading systems using advanced performance analysis tools. Ensure reliability and stability of exchange connectivity by monitoring latency, jitter, and packet loss in production environments.   Who You Are Relevant experience in exchange connectivity within crypto, traditional finance, or HFT environments is required. Strong expertise in C/C++ for low-latency system programming. Deep understanding of networking, multicast, and market data protocols (FIX, WebSockets, proprietary exchange APIs). Familiarity with order book handling, market microstructure, and exchange matching engines . Proven experience optimizing latency-critical systems through profiling and tuning. Strong debugging skills and experience with perf, tcpdump, gdb, strace , or similar tools. Comfortable working in high-performance, real-time trading environments where every microsecond matters.
