As a top-tier global cryptocurrency exchange, we are building a world-class, data- and strategy-driven performance marketing engine. To lead this charge, we are seeking a
Channel Optimization Director
who combines strategic vision with outstanding execution.
This is a new and pivotal role created for a top channel expert. Reporting directly to the Head of Performance Marketing, you will be the founder and leader of the
Center of Excellence (CoE)
for a core paid media channel. Your mission is threefold:
Become the Subject-Matter Expert (SME):
Master a core channel (e.g., Meta/Facebook, Google), becoming the ultimate authority on its strategies and mechanics.
Drive Peak Growth:
Maximize channel growth and efficiency (ROAS/CAC) through cutting-edge strategies and deep, continuous optimization.
Build the Playbook:
Systematize your successful strategies and insights into scalable, repeatable playbooks that will empower our entire growth organization and fuel our global expansion.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Channel Strategy & Optimization:
Take full ownership of the growth strategy, budget management, and execution for a core paid channel, being accountable for key business metrics like user acquisition and trading volume.
Hands-on Optimization & Testing:
Manage large-scale, high-budget campaigns, continuously running A/B tests across the entire funnel—from creatives and audiences to bidding and landing pages—to achieve peak performance.
Methodology & Playbook Development:
Lead the creation, documentation, and iteration
of best-practice playbooks and SOPs for your designated channel, transforming individual expertise into a structured, organizational asset.
Data Analysis & Insights:
Establish a robust measurement framework, utilizing analytics tools for precise attribution and in-depth analysis. Deliver clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations to leadership.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Leadership:
Work closely with regional marketing, brand, content, and product teams to ensure strategic alignment. Demonstrate strong potential to lead, mentor, and build a high-performing team of channel experts.

What We Look For In You:
8+ years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 5 years of deep, hands-on experience managing and optimizing major paid channels with a proven track record of managing seven-figure monthly budgets.
A recognized subject-matter expert in a specific channel, with a mastery of its algorithms, strategies, and latest trends.
Proven experience building channel optimization frameworks, SOPs, and playbooks from the ground up.
Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and cross-functional communication skills.
A strong understanding of the Cryptocurrency (Crypto) or FinTech industry is **highly preferred**.
Proven success with large-scale
Facebook/Meta advertising is a significant plus.
Full professional proficiency in English is required
for all business communications and reporting.
Basic conversational
Mandarin is a necessity.
