Role Overview: As an Intermediate Developer, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing the core functionalities of Newton's entire software stack. This role requires a solid technical understanding and the ability to work more collaboratively on complex projects.   Responsibilities will include: ● Design, develop, and maintain key features of the exchange platform ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions ● Perform code reviews and mentor junior engineers ● Ensure the security of the platform by implementing best practices and addressing vulnerabilities ● Participate in the planning and execution of product releases ● Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability Who you are: ● Proficiency with any popular programming language such as Python or JavaScript ● Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail ● Strong understanding of software development methodologies ● Ability to work as part of a team ● Familiarity with blockchain technology or distributed systems At Newton, we celebrate our inclusive work environment and welcome members of all backgrounds and perspectives to apply.
