This role combines creativity, strategy, and execution — you’ll be the driving force behind our TikTok-first content strategy, creating engaging, on-brand, and culturally relevant content that amplifies MoonPay’s voice in crypto and fintech.This is a hands-on role where you’ll ideate, shoot, edit, and publish content, while also guiding the broader short-form video strategy for MoonPay. You’ll collaborate with our design, comms, and product marketing teams to ensure content is aligned with business goals, resonates with our audience, and reflects the cutting edge of internet culture. 🚀 What you will do - Lead MoonPay’s TikTok strategy: Develop and execute a content roadmap that grows our community and positions MoonPay as a cultural leader in crypto. - Content creation: Script, film, edit, and post short-form video content daily/weekly, ensuring high engagement and brand consistency. - Trendspotting: Stay ahead of TikTok trends, memes, and formats; adapt them to fit MoonPay’s brand voice and Web3 narrative. - Analytics-driven growth: Track performance metrics, test formats, and refine strategy based on insights to maximize reach and impact. 🧑‍🚀 About You   - 4+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, or creative direction, with a focus on TikTok/short-form video. - Proven track record of growing TikTok accounts and producing viral, relevant content. - Strong video production and editing skills (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or native TikTok tools). - Deep understanding of TikTok culture, trends, and algorithm mechanics. - Passion for crypto and internet culture, with the ability to explain complex ideas in simple, engaging ways. - Creative thinker with excellent storytelling and copywriting abilities. - Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and optimize strategy.
