The Impact You’ll Make As a Technical Program Manager at Incode, you’ll be the engine that transforms strategic objectives into delivered reality. You’ll own end-to-end delivery of multi-disciplinary programs - aligning stakeholders, defining roadmaps, managing risks, and ensuring on-time execution. Your leadership will fuel our teams’ ability to innovate, ship critical capabilities, and uphold the highest standards of quality and reliability for enterprise clients. What You’ll Own & Drive Program Strategy & Execution – Partner with Product, Engineering, UX, and senior leaders to translate strategic OKRs into detailed plans, milestones, and success metrics. Cross-Functional Alignment – Facilitate sync-ups, steering committees, and decision forums to keep distributed teams and geographies moving in lockstep. Risk & Issue Management – Proactively identify dependencies, blockers, and technical trade-offs; drive mitigation plans and communicate status with clarity. Process Excellence – Architect and implement scalable PDLC/SDLC frameworks, tooling integrations, and release pipelines that boost velocity and quality. Capacity Planning & Resource Optimization – Forecast team bandwidth, balance priorities, and ensure every project has the right people, tools, and cadence to succeed. Continuous Improvement – Surface process gaps, run retrospectives, and champion best practices that accelerate delivery and elevate team satisfaction. Specialization Tracks (multiple roles available): Third-Party Vendor Management – Evaluate vendor offerings, negotiate contracts, and drive value optimization in close partnership with Procurement and Legal. Release Process Orchestration – Define enterprise release standards, QA orchestration flows, and rollback procedures, collaborating with QA analysts and release engineers. Cross-Functional Dynamo – You build trust quickly across Product, Design, Engineering, and Ops, making collaboration feel effortless. Data-Fluent & Outcome-Obsessed – You define and track the right KPIs - lead time, throughput, defect rate - and use them to drive continuous improvement. Adaptable Leader – You thrive in high-growth environments, shifting priorities with resilience and leading your teams through ambiguity. Your Background 5+ years in technical program or project management roles within software or technology companies Proven experience driving PDLC/SDLC programs across cross-functional and cross-geography teams Deep familiarity with Agile frameworks, scrum ceremonies, and related tooling (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Git workflows) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent real-world experience) Track record of managing interdependent, high-complexity projects with a focus on risk reduction and stakeholder satisfaction Why Incode?
