About the role
The Privacy Program Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing Incode’s global privacy program. This role involves developing, implementing, and managing privacy compliance initiatives, with a focus on biometric data and global data protection regulations.
The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of privacy frameworks and a passion for advancing privacy-centric business practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
in Law, Business, Information Security, or a related field (
Master’s degree or JD is a plus
).
Minimum of
3 years of experience
in privacy, data protection, or compliance roles, preferably within a technology or SaaS environment.
Professional certifications such as
CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM, or CIPT
are highly desirable.
Strong understanding of
global privacy laws
and
biometric data protection requirements
.
Experience conducting
PIAs, DPIAs,
and managing privacy frameworks.
Experience with
data governance tools
such as OneTrust, Transcend, etc.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the operational aspects of the global privacy program.
Ensure compliance with global data privacy laws, including
GDPR, CCPA, LGPD
, and other relevant frameworks.
Manage
Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs)
and
Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs)
related to biometric data processing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed
privacy-by-design
principles into products and processes.
Monitor, analyze, and report on privacy compliance metrics.
Manage and respond to
Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs)
and other privacy rights requests.
Develop, maintain, and deliver
privacy training and awareness programs
.
Support contract reviews and negotiate privacy-related terms with clients and partners.
Track regulatory changes and advise on their implications for Incode's products and operations.
Support
incident response
and manage data breach notifications in coordination with security and legal teams.
Maintain privacy documentation, including
Records of Processing Activities (RoPA)
and internal policies.
